Shipping policy

Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details and shipment updates. Once items are ready for delivery, you will receive a fulfilment email. Within the next 2 days, our courier partners will reach out to confirm your delivery date, address, and other details.

Standard Shipping

We process orders Monday–Friday during working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding holidays). We deliver every day except Sundays and holidays.

  • Delivery Time: Domestic delivery takes up to 8 working days for Standard Shipping, provided the address is completed correctly.

  • Courier Contact: Our carrier will attempt to contact you 3 times over 1 or 2 consecutive working days to verify your address and agree on a delivery time.

  • Important: If the calls are not answered, your order will be cancelled and returned to our premises.

International shipping is available at metalvas.com under the following conditions. Our team will remain in touch to ensure a smooth experience:

  • Payment: Orders must be paid by credit card only.

  • Customs: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price.

  • Returns: Exchanges and returns are not applicable for international orders.

  • Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
